Can't sleep
View larger version | Certain traits make a person more susceptible to insomnia, which can be initiated by illness, other stresses or distressing events. As short-term insomnia becomes chronic, perpetuating factors, such as napping, play a greater role in insomnia’s severity than the initial triggers.
