WASHINGTON — After cruising through days of engineering enigmas, science stumpers and mathematical mysteries, a 14-year-old car aficionado earned the top award at the second annual Broadcom Math, Applied Science, Technology and Engineering for Rising Stars, or MASTERS, competition.
